Our highly experienced chef began his career as assistant cook and station manager in prestigious Michelin-starred French restaurants. Before coming to Mas Solà, he worked as a chef in El Bulli at Roses (two Michelin stars), Peratallada Castle, Hotel Carlemany (Girona), Hotel Villamil, Hotel La Costa (Pals), and as the owner of La Ciboulette Restaurant.
