B e e f   s t e a k   w i t h   c a r r o t s ,
p i g ' s   t r o t t e r   a n d   
P o r t    w i n e    r e d u c t i o n

Ingredients (per person):

• 160 g beef steak
• 20 g Carrots
• 30 g pig's trotter
• 20 cl Port wine
• 25 cl meat stock

Method:

Tournée the carrots and boil. Boil the pig’s trotter. Sauté the carrots and the pig’s trotter. Add the Port wine and make a reduction. Finally, add the meat stock.
