Ingredients (per person):
160 g beef steak
20 g Carrots
30 g pig's trotter
20 cl Port wine
25 cl meat stock
Method:
Tournée the carrots and boil. Boil the pig’s trotter. Sauté the carrots and the pig’s trotter. Add the Port wine and make a reduction. Finally, add the meat stock.
